Five international friends recently stayed with us at the Captain Swift Inn. They are graduating from East Coast schools and came to Camden to celebrate. But this is a short trip for them. They came to the US from Columbia, Nicaragua, the Bahamas and Russia! We wish them the best of luck in their future careers.

Great Meal Coming Up With 40 Paper
Sounds like this is going to be great for foodies!
So, What's Up at 40 Paper?
So, What's Up at 40 Paper?
This spring has been the beginning of what looks to be a spectacular summer for local farms. With grounds thawing from those early warm days, farmers are taking full advantage of the opportunity. Beth Schiller, at Dandelion Spring Organic Farm has been very busy and now wants to show off what she's got! We decided to partner up and create a dinner solely around her farm's early bounty.
In two weeks, on Saturday, June 2, we will serve a 5-course meal, consisting almost entirely of her tender spring vegetables, heirloom pork and free-range eggs, combined with spring lamb and grass-fed dairy from neighboring Straw Farm. With all this great food coming from the farm we decided to serve the meal at the farm in their newly build post-and-beam barn.
Tickets are very limited and only $75 for five courses. Show up at 5:30 for guided farm tours with dinner served at 6:30. For tickets or for more info call or email 40 Paper!
